This technology uses diaphragm-free electrolysis of low-concentration sodium chloride solution, and does not require the addition of reagents. The reaction of its generation process is as follows:
Total reaction: NaCl+H2O→NaClO+H2↑
Electrode reaction:
Anode: 2Cl--2e→Cl2
Cathode: 2H++2e→H2
Solution reaction: 2NaOH+Cl2→NaCl+NaClO+H2O

Product Process
1. Purchase the GR1 titanium substrate to ensure that the surface of the plate is smooth and flat, without deep scratches and defects.
2. Machining the purchased titanium substrate and processing it to the size required by the customer.
3. Annealing and leveling the titanium substrate at a temperature of >500 °C. (To eliminate stress and ensure flatness.)
4. When the annealing leveling treatment, a dense titanium oxide layer is formed on the surface of the titanium substrate, and it is polished by mechanical or artificial means, and the surface thereof is made of titanium metallic luster.
5. The titanium substrate is subjected to pickling etching with 10% strength oxalic acid, and is subjected to a micro-boiling state for several hours to etch the surface oxide layer into a titanium hydride surface.
6. Qualitative and quantitative configuration of the precious metal solution according to the anode environment applied by the customer.
7. Detecting that the pickled titanium substrate is qualified, that is, the surface layer is gray uniform matte structure, and then manually coating and arranging, sintering at a set temperature, sintering naturally, cooling, and cooling to normal temperature for a second coating Resume, and so on, until the configuration solution is finished after 17~20 times.
8. After the sintering of the above processed parts is completed, the life test will be carried out with the test piece of the furnace, and the qualified package will be shipped.

Characteristics

To prepare a sodium hypochlorite solution of a certain concentration, there are certain requirements for the electrode type, electrolytic cell structure, current density, ambient temperature, etc. In the process of cooperation with customers, our company continuously optimizes the electrolytic cell structure and electrode plate structure according to the different uses and requirements of customers. The usage characteristics are as follows:
1. The tubular tank body design has multiple built-in pole chambers. Each pole chamber has a compact structure, which makes the solution electrolyzed more fully, can disperse the influence of stray current during electrolysis, and improve the electrolysis efficiency. Under certain temperature conditions and electric density, the electrolysis efficiency can reach more than 85%; the tank body, flange and water inlet and outlet are made of thickened acrylic material, which is stronger and more transparent than those on the market, and has higher integrity and aesthetics.
2. The electrode group design of the plate-type bipolar structure has cooling holes and heat exchange filling rings on the plate, which provides a longer electrolyte flow path. Under suitable temperature conditions, the effective chlorine concentration reaches more than 8500ppm; the optimized electrode plate inter-electrode spacing and connection method reduce the influence of the connector on the resistance, reduce salt consumption and power consumption, and reduce by-products such as chlorate, and the effective chlorine output is stable;
3. The optimized electrode plate coating formula, the electrode group coating adopts the ruthenium-iridium mixed oxide coating with nano-scale refined grains optimized by our company for chlorine evolution environment, which has stronger corrosion resistance and longer service life;
4. Each batch of sodium chlorate electrode plates and tanks has a production batch and material identification number, which can trace the use of each component, and can be replaced free of charge or for a fee during the warranty period. If the warranty period exceeds the warranty period, return to the factory for repair or replacement of accessories, and provide after-sales service.
