Products Process

The oxidation production process is as follows:
Titanium products → degreasing and cleaning → pickling → water cleaning → anodizing → cleaning → sealing → drying.
1. Degreasing: Degreasing is to better remove residual oil, scale and larger defects on the titanium surface after machining. Expose a fresh, uncontaminated titanium surface to prepare for further dyeing.
2. Pickling: The purpose of pickling is to expose the fresh surface of the titanium substrate and produce a strong, stable and stain-free titanium oxide film after anodizing.
3. Anodizing: The treated titanium product is used as an anode and placed in the prepared electrolyte, while titanium is used as a cathode. After power is turned on, it can be seen that as the voltage increases, the color changes differently, from the original copper color of about 5V to green at about 110V.
4. Sealing: In order to better improve the anti-fouling property of the anodized film, the anodized product is washed with running water to remove the surface electrolyte, and then placed in 80° deionized water for 20 minutes to seal the pores.
5. Drying: After sealing, wipe off the moisture on the surface of the product and put it in an oven to dry.
