During the smelting process, stirring is very important. Stirring can make the temperature and composition in the furnace evenly distributed, ensuring the uniformity of titanium block smelting. Stirring can usually be achieved through furnace equipment or manual operation.
After smelting, the smelted titanium liquid needs to be cast into a billet. First, pour the titanium liquid in the furnace into a pre-prepared casting mold, and then cool and solidify to obtain the billet. In this process, the cooling rate and solidification temperature need to be controlled to ensure the quality and shape of the billet.
Finally, the titanium billet can be prepared into the required titanium mesh product through processing and treatment. Usually, wire drawing, die stamping, welding and other processes are required to prepare the final titanium mesh product.
