What's Titanium Timascus?
Titanium damascus Bar and Rod  (timascus) also known as Mokuti or TiMoku. It's made from different grades of titanium or titanium alloys.Generally, titanium damascus/timascus/Mokuti is processed by multi-material (pure titanium or titanium alloys), fused by forging(physical fusion), 
The need to etch the metal layer is avoided by etching the picture film for the metal wire on the dielectric layer and then filling the metal, the main advantage of this process is that it simplifies the process, as only one metal-filling step is required, although the process itself may be more complex and difficult.

Titanium Damascus or Timascus is an innovative material, also referred to as MOKU-TI or Ti-MOKU. Titanium Damascus is composed of two or more titanium alloys(usually CP and 6AL4V at present). It is made by placing different titanium alloys in a metal box, filling them with inert gas and applying heat and pressure to forge the two alloys to be laminated together. 

Titanium Damascus can be used for watch buckle, watch case, pen, head, titanium outdoor products, titanium ornaments.

Titanium Damascus Process

Heat treatment method is a method of using heat to change the surface color of titanium metal, by heating titanium metal at a certain temperature, and control the oxidation state, can produce different color effects, this method is usually used to manufacture titanium metal decorations.

In foreign countries, some craftsmen simulate the process principle of Damascus steel and use several different titanium alloys for combined forging to form a bumpy pattern similar to that of hand-forged Damascus steel.
