Among them, it is divided into low-voltage chemical-forming foils, and the withstand voltage is about 170V or less. 170V ~ 400V is called medium-voltage formed foil, and above 400V is called high-voltage formed foil. Anodized foil is electro-etched by light foil and then subjected to chemical conversion treatment to form an oxide film on the surface of aluminum foil. The anode foil is formed by electro-erosion before formation. The methods include DC electro-etch method and AC electro-etch method. At present, DC electro-etch is the main method, and its formation methods are different due to different voltages.
