Woven titanium mesh
Woven titanium mesh is primarily used for screening and filtration in acidic and alkaline environments, as well as for gas and liquid filtration and separation of other media.
Based on color classification, it is divided into black titanium mesh and white titanium mesh, the difference being the presence or absence of a graphite emulsion coating.
Weaving methods include plain weave, twill weave, and close weave. It is mainly woven from pure titanium wire (gr1 gr2) and features high temperature resistance, low density, high strength, and corrosion resistance.

2.Good corrosion resistance, with a corrosion rate reduced to 0.001mm/a in a 60% nitric acid solution, replacing stainless steel, aluminum mesh, etc., with a long service life and low cost
3.Lightweight, high mechanical strength, low elongation, high elasticity, maintaining stability under dynamic loads
4.High temperature resistance, able to maintain the product unchanged in an environment of 600 ℃

White titanium wire mesh

Black titanium wire mesh
The surface of the black titanium wire mesh contains a brushed graphite emulsion coating, which is suitable for use in seawater desalination titanium filters and chemical filtration. The surface coating can slow down the erosion of the titanium substrate and extend its service life.
