    Products Description

    With the development of industry, the pollution of water source by various organic substances has increased, and the traditional chlorination disinfection method of water supply system has been found to form harmful substances to human body. Therefore, the study of new alternative sterilization methods has increasingly become a hot spot and an important development direction at home and abroad. Most of the existing commercial electric disinfecting water processors are electrolysed to produce chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite and other bactericides after adding electrolytes such as sodium chloride.


    Water treatment sterilization is generally used to add chlorine or chloride to water oxidation disinfection. However, it was found that chlorination would lead to the production of "three causes" (carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic) substances in drinking water. The treatment methods developed in recent years, such as ultraviolet, ozone, ultrasonic, magnetization, and static electricity, have not been widely used because of complex equipment, small treatment water flow, or high treatment costs.

    Efficient sterilization: Titanium anodes decompose water molecules into high REDOX potential oxidants (such as hydroxide, oxygen, etc.) through electrolysis, which can efficiently kill bacteria, viruses and other organic pollutants. Energy saving and environmental protection: Compared with traditional disinfection methods, the use of titanium anodes for electrolytic water disinfection can save energy and reduce the use of chemical disinfectants, thus reducing environmental pollution.

    Working principle of titanium anode for electrochemical scaling:

    · Sterilization and algal destruction: Special electrodes with electrocatalytic performance are used to produce active chlorine, reactive oxygen species, free radicals and other substances in the process of direct current electrolysis to kill algal bacteria and prevent algal growth. For example, chlorine evolution reaction :2CI+2e→CP(gas).

     

    · Scale inhibition: hydrogen evolution reaction occurs in the cathode to generate hydroxide ions during the electrolytic process, resulting in a strong alkaline environment in the cathode region and precipitating calcium and magnesium ions in the water. Such as cathode reaction :2H₂O +2e →H²(gas)+2OH-; Hydrolysis reaction: Ca squared + + HCO ₃ ¯ + 0 H - CaCO3 + H ₂ O, magnesium 2 + + 20 H ¯ - Mg (OH) 2.

     

    · Corrosion inhibition: On the one hand, electrolysis can effectively control the breeding and adhesion of microorganisms in the system, prevent the anaerobic environment and the generation of sulfide on the surface of metal components, and effectively prevent biological corrosion; On the other hand, the electroanalytic hydrogen reaction increases the pH value in the system, resulting in the reduction of hydrogen ion concentration and REDOX potential, which can slow down electrochemical corrosion.

    01.cutting molding: the titanium substrate cutting molding;

     

    02.sandblasting treatment: Step 1 after the treatment of titanium substrate surface sandblasting treatment;

     

    03.heat leveling: the titanium substrate treated in step 2 is mechanically flattened at high temperature;

     

    04.acid treatment: the titanium substrate treated in step 3 is acid-etched in boiling oxalic acid solution, the sharp part of the surface of the titanium substrate is etched smooth, and the surface oxide is removed;

     

    05.Cleaning and drying: the titanium substrate treated in Step 4 is cleaned, the dirt remaining on the surface of the titanium substrate is removed, and dried;

     

    06.Prepare the bottom coating liquid: dissolve chloroplatinic acid, chloropropionic acid and butyl titanate in n-butanol solution, mix and add hydrochloric acid to form the bottom coating liquid.

     

    07.Prepare active layer coating solution: dissolve ruthenium trichloride, butyl titanate and chloropropionic acid in n-butanol solution, mix the three dissolved solutions, and add hydrochloric acid to form an active layer solution.

     

    08.Coating, hot pressing and sintering: Apply the primer liquid to the treated titanium surface and evaporate the solvent. Hot press the titanium plate and coat it again after cooling. Know that the Pd mass is not less than 0.1mg/cm2. Then, draw and hot press the active layer coating liquid, and treat the active layer coating liquid in the same way as the primer coating liquid.
