The sintered titanium-based platinum-coated anodes produced by our company are high-end insoluble anodes. They can be recycled at least twice if the titanium substrate is intact. Under the condition of the same platinum layer thickness, the life of the anode rod depends on the bonding strength between the platinum layer and the titanium rod. Generally, the failure of a platinum anode is not due to the exhaustion of the platinum layer, but the poor bonding strength between the platinum layer and the substrate, resulting in the shedding of the platinum layer. The titanium-based platinum-coated anodes of our company are treated with high temperature during production, and the coating is uniform, free of voids, good toughness, excellent bonding strength and super long service life.
