The foil processed by our factory ranges from 0.01mm to 1.0mm and is 210mm wide. The factory currently has 8 sets of advanced processing equipment in the industry, including a six-roller rolling machine, a high vacuum annealing furnace, a cleaning machine, a mirror rolling roller grinder, spot welding machines, slitting machines and other equipment and machinery.

Product Process
The processing of titanium foil involves multiple steps, including raw material preparation, titanium plate preparation, casting, hot rolling, surface treatment and quality inspection.
Raw material preparation: Titanium powder is the main raw material of titanium foil, and is prepared into spherical particles through high-temperature reaction.
Preparation of titanium plate: Arrange the titanium particles and pre-press them into large titanium plates.
Casting: Put the titanium plate into a vacuum furnace for melting, control the temperature and atmosphere, and make it into a specific shape in the mold.
Hot rolling: Use a coiler to increase the temperature of the cast plate, perform fine rolling, spread, heat and soften, control the thickness, and finally form titanium foil.
Surface treatment: Surface treatment of titanium foil is performed to improve its performance.
Quality inspection: Inspect the finished titanium foil to ensure that its quality meets the standard requirements.
