The rolled hard coil can be used as the material of the hot galvanizing plant, because the hot galvanizing unit is equipped with a back front. The rolled coil weight is usually 6-13.5 tons, and the inner diameter of titanium tube is 610mm. Generally, continuous annealing (CAPL unit) or bell type furnace annealing shall be used to eliminate cold work hardening and rolling stress of cold rolled plates and coils, so as to reach the mechanical property target of corresponding specifications and rules.
The surface quality, appearance and dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled titanium plate are better than those of hot-rolled plate, and the product thickness is about 0.18mm, so it is popular with a wide range of users. The cold rolled titanium tube is used as the base plate for deep processing of products and becomes a product with high added value. Such as electrogalvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, fingerprint resistant electrogalvanizing, color coated titanium coils, vibration damping composite titanium plates, PVC coated titanium plates, etc., make these products have beautiful, high corrosion resistance and other excellent quality, and are widely used. It is necessary to finish the cold rolled titanium pipe after annealing, including cutting head, tail, trimming, leveling, flattening, rewinding, or longitudinal shear plate. The hot rolled titanium plate is made of continuous casting slab or blooming slab, which is heated by a walking beam furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enters the roughing mill. The roughing material enters the finishing mill after cutting the head, tail, and then enters the finishing mill for computer controlled rolling. After the final rolling, it is coiled into straight coils through laminar cooling and coiler. The head and tail of straight hair curls are often tongue shaped and fishtail shaped, with poor thickness and width accuracy, and the edges are often wavy, folded and tower shaped. The coil weight is heavy, and the inner diameter of titanium pipe is 760mm. (Usually, the pipe making profession likes to use it.) After the straight hair coils are processed by the head cutting, tail cutting, edge cutting, multi pass straightening, flattening and other finishing lines, they can be cut or recoiled into hot-rolled titanium plates, flat hot-rolled titanium tubes, longitudinal strips and other products. Hot rolled finished coils can be hot rolled pickled coils after pickling to remove oxide scale and coating oil. This product has a tendency to partially replace the cold rolled sheet, and the price is moderate, which is popular with a wide range of users
