Titanium basket for electroplating
It includes a basket body, a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, and a connecting plate. The basket body is a rectangular parallelepiped structure. The top of the basket body is provided with an opening. The four side plates and the bottom plate of the basket body are provided with a plurality of meshes distributed in a rectangular array. The two basket bodies are arranged opposite to each other. The connecting plate is arranged horizontally and a first fixing plate is connected to each end. A limit bayonet is formed between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate on each side. The basket body is located in the limit bayonet. A fixing seat is provided above the connecting plate. The fixing seat is provided with a through hole that penetrates front and back. The through hole is used to connect the hook. The two basket bodies are connected respectively by the connecting plate, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, so that the two relatively small basket bodies are formed into one body for transportation and movement, thereby replacing a simple large-volume titanium basket, dispersing the placement of parts to ensure that the parts can be fully in contact with the electroplating solution, and ensuring the processing quality.
