2.Electrolysis current size. Taking a general electrolytic cell with 5 electrolytic plates as an example, the pH value of alkaline water preparation is 8.5~10.5; the electrolysis current is about 1.5~2.5 amperes.
3.Calcium adhesion on the surface of the ion membrane or electrolytic plate. If the calcium adhesion is serious, the electrolysis current cannot be conducted, which will cause a significant drop in the electrolysis rate.
4.Flow rate factor. When electrolyzing water, the water flow rate is reduced from (2.0) to (1.0) L/min, which means that the electrolysis rate will be increased by 2 times.
5.Element activity factor. The presence of multiple elements will make the electrolysis of aqueous solutions very complicated. Of course, the electrolysis rate is difficult to estimate and can only be calculated based on the results of the electrolyzed water quality test.
