Speakers made with CCAW have good transient characteristics and high sensitivity, making it a commonly used material in high sensitivity speakers.

● Flat wire
The magnetic field utilization rate is higher than that of circular wires (78%~91% for circular wires and 96% for flat wires), characterized by high energy conversion efficiency, suitable for producing high-power speakers, and flat aluminum wires are more commonly used for professional speakers (high-power, high sensitivity)

●Circular self-adhesive enameled wire is a commonly used voice coil wire. In the voice coil, in order to increase the withstand current and power, the wire diameter needs to be increased. As the wire diameter increases, the required magnetic gap becomes larger. As the magnetic gap increases, the power efficiency decreases. Therefore, the middle value can only be selected based on the characteristics of the speaker. The voice coil usually needs to be wound in two layers, and it is difficult to set up single layer lead wires. The coil is wound on a rigid material skeleton, and high-power speakers use aluminum sheets as the skeleton material.

Traditional single axis winding machines only need to adjust the tension of the tensioner and the position of the winding when winding circular wire, and the rotation of the circular wire along the center will not affect the winding effect. In addition to tension and winding position, the flat wire winding machine also needs to maintain the direction of the flat wire unchanged, which is relatively more difficult.
