What is titanium jigs?
Titanium mounting in the production of electroplating mainly conduction, support and fixing parts, pendants and electrodes connected, so that the current is more uniformly transmitted to the part for plating. In some cases, the uniform distribution of the coating can also be made up by pendants due to solution properties that limit the uniform distribution of the coating.
Material: Titanium Gr1, Gr2, --- pure commercial grade titanium for industry
Plating Jigs or Racks are useful where the output is large and even for distribution of electric current. Other advantage uses are · a good deal of saving in labor, time and ensures speedy loading · increasing productivity · reducing production costs.
