Consumable electrode arc smelting has high requirements on the quality of the electrode, and requires dense internal structure of the electrode. The smelting process is very dangerous. A little careless operation will cause arc damage to the crucible, causing the circulating water forced to cool the outer wall of the crucible to enter the crucible, contaminating the titanium liquid, and the water vapor damaging the vacuum pump system.
