Precautions
1. After the pickling of the anode substrate is completed, during the processing or use process, wear clean gloves to clamp the ends or edges of the anode, try not to touch the coating part, and protect the coating surface from any pollution or foreign matter scratched. If it is scratched or damaged, the anode will first corrode from the damaged part during the electrolysis process, thus affecting the use effect of the whole anode.
2. The electrolyte should be stable, especially not containing hydrogen ions and fluorine ions, otherwise the titanium substrate will be severely corroded.
3. Before the electrolyte enters the electrolytic cell, a filter device should be added, and it should not contain metal particles larger than 0.1mm, so as to avoid short circuit of cathode and anode due to excessive accumulation.
4. The cathode attachment should not be too thick, so as to avoid short-circuit breakdown of cathode and anode caused by too small electrode spacing or sharp metal formation.
5. Reasonably adjust the distance between cathode and anode, generally 5 to 25mm.
6. Try to avoid the use of electrodes, which will easily cause the coating to fall off and affect the service life.
7. Try not to soak in the solution in power-off mode when shutting down. It is best to add a small current of about 5A to protect the cathode plate.
8. When pickling or washing the surface of the electrode plate, pay attention to protecting the surface, and do not wash it with sharp objects.
9. When the electrolyte is working, the temperature should not be too high, and the reasonable temperature is 25-40 degrees Celsius.
10. Pay attention to the current density during work and keep it within 2000A per square meter. If the current is too large, it will cause violent reaction and affect the service life of the electrode.
11. When starting up and loading the electrolyzer with current, it must be done step by step, not all at once. Also pay attention when stopping.
