Electrochemical field
- Electroplating industry: When high-end decorative electroplating (such as gold plating, silver plating, etc.) or functional electroplating (hard chrome plating, etc.), titanium electrodes have good conductivity and corrosion resistance, and can stably provide current to ensure the quality of electroplating. Moreover, it can effectively prevent electrode dissolution, reduce impurities from mixing into the plating solution, and extend the service life of the plating solution.

- In chemical production processes with strong oxidizing and corrosive media: for example, in electrolytic cells for the production of chlorine and alkali, titanium electrodes coated with special active coatings can be used as anodes, which can resist corrosion from chlorine and sodium hydroxide, while reducing the electrode's chlorine overpotential and improving electrolysis efficiency.
