Dog bone shape will appear when operating at moderate current density, cylinder crack will appear when operating at low current density, and sintering will occur when operating at high current density. It is undoubtedly a heavy impact on the electroplated circuit board. Platinum titanium insoluble anode is used in sulfuric acid electrolyte, so reverse pulse electroplating anode is also produced.
