3. No pollution. MMO The oxide is a fairly stable oxide, and the anode coating is a ceramic oxide of precious metal iridium. As a result, the copper accumulation and distribution are extremely uneven: the behavior is called "dog bone shape". Dog bone shape will appear when operating at moderate current density, cylinder crack will appear when operating at low current density, and sintering will occur when operating at high current density. It is undoubtedly a heavy impact on the electroplated circuit board. Platinum titanium insoluble anode is used in sulfuric acid electrolyte, so reverse pulse electroplating anode is also produced. Chloride exists in this current environment, and the platinum layer will peel off after a period of time.
