The medium-sized split type fully automatic sodium hypochlorite generator is installed in a cabinet. All electrical components are installed in a vertical cabinet, which is the core part of the whole system control.
The dissolved brine and diluted dilute brine of the system are all demineralized water. The system is equipped with a vertical screw type salt feeder, which only needs to manually lead the salt into the bucket of the salt feeder, and the salt feeder automatically delivers the salt into the salt dissolving tank. The salt dissolving tank is a food grade PE tank (with a preliminary 100um filtration set in the tank). The 316L stainless steel vertical centrifugal pump is used as the salt dissolving pump. The salt dissolving tank is equipped with a salt water distributor, and the salt dissolving pump pumps the salt water out and back into the salt water distributor, Forming circulating pressurization; It can quickly dissolve salt particles, and use a salt dissolving pump to pressurize the dissolved salt water into the precision filter (5Sum). Saturated salt water and softened water are automatically proportioned according to liquid level control to obtain accurate dilute salt water.
The system generates low concentration sodium hypochlorite solution by electrolysis of 2.5~3.0% dilute brine. Because the diaphragm free method is used, the electrolysis electrode is completely immersed in the electrolyte, and all hydrogen ions released from the anode surface are absorbed by all hydroxyl radicals. The difference between the concentration and saturation of the sodium hypochlorite solution formed is close (the saturation of sodium hypochlorite can reach 15%), and no chlorine will be released. Therefore, it is used for on-site preparation, with high safety.
