1. Maintenance of transmission device:
The agitator used in the titanium reactor has requirements on the speed, and the motor is mainly adapted to the speed reducer for the entire movement process. The vertical installation of the reducer needs to ensure that the lubrication is in good condition, there is no vibration or leakage, and it has been in normal operation. For this, it is necessary to strengthen the daily maintenance control. The reducer will vibrate during rotation. The main reasons are the following aspects, which need to be adjusted in time.
(1) The load in the kettle is too large or the feeding is uneven.
(2) Gear center distance or gear backlash is not reasonably controlled.
(3) The gear surface machining accuracy does not meet the requirements of relevant standards. If the temperature rise of the reducer is higher than the standard during the test run, the main reasons are the bending and deformation of the shaft, the shaft sleeve and the shaft are too tight, the sealing ring or packing is not well controlled, and the bearing is worn and loose.
2. Maintenance of the agitator:
A very important part of the titanium reactor is the agitator. During normal operation, it is necessary to strengthen the swing amount to control it within a reasonable range. The stirrer cannot be reversed, and at the same time, keep a distance from the coiled tube, pressure tube, and thermometer sleeve in the kettle to prevent collisions. Perform regular inspections of the agitator, including corrosion, cracks, and deformation. The stirring device of the intermediate bearing or the bottom bearing bush needs to be inspected from the following aspects.
(1) The clearance of the bottom bearing bush (or bearing).
(2) Is there any material in the lubricating oil of the intermediate bearing? Check whether the bolts are loose and prevent the reaction kettle from vibrating.
3. Points for attention in maintenance:
(1) When the titanium reactor is in operation, it needs to strictly follow the relevant standards to prevent over-temperature and high pressure.
(2) Strictly perform temperature control in accordance with the requirements.
(3) It is necessary to prevent the superposition of the temperature difference stress and the internal pressure stress to ensure that the equipment does not appear to be strained.
(4) The ratio of ingredients must be strictly controlled to prevent severe reactions.
