Only when the relative density of the blank (the ratio of actual density to theoretical density) is greater than 90%, the processing performance is good when the blank density is 92 ~ 94%. The billet temperature of hot rolling is between 1350 ~ 1500 ° C. if the deformation process parameters of billet are improperly selected, the billet will produce delamination. The starting temperature of warm rolling is 1200 °, and the hot-rolled plate with thickness of 8mm can reach 0.5mm after warm rolling.
