1. Remove oil

2, initial pickling passivation

The initial pickling passivation is to better produce pear skin lines on the surface of titanium and aluminum alloys. Using 5% net weight concentration of hydrochloric acid to acid-wash and passivate titanium can promote the formation of pear skin lines.
3, two pickling passivation

The secondary pickling passivation is to better remove the powdery waste produced by the first pickling passivation on the surface. In addition, in order to better prevent the uneven pickling passivation, it is necessary to use hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide solution to make the titanium positive ion into a complex ion containing titanium and achieve stability after the surface waste is melted by hydrochloric acid.

4. Anodizing

5. Closed
In order to better improve the corrosion resistance, stain resistance and wear resistance of the anodized film, titanium and aluminum alloys must be closed with boiling water, steam, and aqueous solutions containing carbonate and organic compounds after anodizing.
6. Dryness

After the closure, use a clean pure cotton cloth to wipe off the moisture on the product workpiece, so that it is naturally dried.
