    Titanium electrode basket for circulating water treatment equipment

    Currently, scaling, water rust, and algae growth are issues that come with using the circulating cooling water system over an extended period of time. These issues lower the equipment's usability and shorten its lifespan. For example, pipeline corrosion will cause pipeline rupture, resulting in unplanned shutdowns, reducing equipment life, and the growth of algae and microorganisms, which will endanger public health, reduce heat exchange efficiency, and increase maintenance costs. Fouling will also seriously damage the equipment's efficiency in heat transfer, greatly increase energy consumption, and cause water flow in the equipment circulation pipeline.

     

    The electrolysis process breaks down and refines the water molecules into neutral tiny molecule reduced water by using the high frequency and frequency conversion principles. Strong permeability and solubility of the water after organization allow it to seep into the size of pipes and equipment. Additionally, the layer of rust will progressively get looser, fall off, and then re-evaporate into the water.

    When treating circulating water, there are three major problems that need to be solved: corrosion, rust, scale and microbial scaling. In recent years, electrolysis has been increasingly used in circulating water treatment due to its multiple functional treatment effects.

    An electrolysis reaction occurs through the cathode and anode. During the electrolysis process, heavy metal ions (including scale) in the water will adhere to the surface of the negative electrode (cathode) in the electrolytic cell of the electrolysis descaling system, thereby reducing the ion concentration.
