Products Process
Performance of titanium alloy: The performance of 99.5% industrial pure titanium is: density ρ = 4.5g/cm3, melting point is 1725℃, thermal conductivity λ = 15.24W/(m.K), tensile strength σb = 539MPa
Roll forging and cross rolling: These two methods are mainly used to process slender materials, and the blank is continuously deformed by rotating rollers or rolls.

Products Feature
1. The heating temperature of the forging blank should be higher than the initial forging temperature, generally controlled between 1130~1180°C.
2. In order to ensure the lubrication between the molten metal and the mold and reduce the splashing of the molten metal, a suitable pouring system must be used. Usually, a straight gate or cross runner with a parting surface is used to allow the molten metal to enter the mold at a certain speed. When the metal flow encounters an obstacle, a vortex will be formed and flow tangentially, thereby playing a self-lubricating role.
3. In order to avoid deformation caused by uneven cooling, necessary cooling measures should be taken.
4.In order to improve the quality of castings, a variety of forming methods are often used, among which the use of press or hydraulic press clamping force instead of manual clamping, is a more advanced processing method.
5. In the precision forging process of large thin-walled structural parts, it is difficult to achieve automatic operation due to the limitations of tooling fixtures. Therefore, it is necessary to use computer control to complete processes such as automatic feeding and automatic unwinding.
6. For parts that are complex in shape and difficult to access and difficult to form, such as gears, flame cutting can be used.
7. For the finishing of large thin-walled structural parts, electric spark wire cutting is often used. Electric spark wire cutting has the advantages of high efficiency (up to more than 90%) and is not limited by the material being processed.
8. Select the corresponding grinding wheel according to the surface roughness required by the product. Commonly used ones are diamond grinding wheels and cubic boron nitride grinding wheels.
