1. Oil removal: After cooling, the oil on the inside and outside surface of the pipe is removed with metal degreaser. When it comes to oil contamination, pay attention to check the position where the oil is easily deposited in the inner hole to ensure thorough cleaning.


2. Pickling: The purpose of pickling is to remove the oxide skin produced after annealing inside and outside the titanium tube. At room temperature, a certain amount of clean water is first put into the pickling tank, and then an appropriate amount of HNO3 and HF is added. The normal ratio of HNO3 and HF water is (35%-45%HNO3+5%-8%HF+ residual H2O), and the corresponding adjustment is made according to the actual situation. Pickling time is 10-15 minutes, can also depend on the pickling situation. During the pickling process, it is necessary to turn and check frequently to ensure that the pickling is uniform and complete, and to guard against over-pickling or under-pickling.


3. The inspection of the titanium tube after pickling is done visually. The oxide skin on the outer surface of the titanium tube can be removed clean and silver white.


4. Scouring: the titanium tube shall be scoured in time after the pickling inspection, so that the residual acid and pickling on the inner hole and the outer surface are removed, and the detailed character of the titanium tube is bright.
